Our services

Lift Republic is a trading name of Clockwise Ltd (company no. 15143248), registered in England & Wales. We provide fitness and nutrition coaching, online and in person in London.

Registered office: 128 Abbeyfields Close, London, NW10 7EG.

Payments & subscriptions

Paid plans are sold by Clockwise Ltd and processed securely by Stripe; we never see your full card details. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time — see our Refunds & Cancellations policy for how billing, cancellation and refunds work.

Not medical advice

Our coaching is for general fitness and educational purposes and is not medical advice. We are not doctors. Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication. You take part at your own risk. Please read our Health disclaimer before you begin.

Results & individual variation

Results depend on many factors and vary between individuals. Any examples, metrics or transformations shown are illustrative and not a guarantee of the results you will achieve.

Tools & calculators

The calculators and educational content on this site provide estimates for general guidance only and should not be relied upon as precise or as a substitute for professional advice.

Intellectual property

All content, branding and our coaching methodology are owned by Lift Republic and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law — including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Lift Republic is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
