Refunds & Cancellations

Subscriptions (Foundation & Coached)

Coaching subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and roll month to month with no minimum tie-in. You can cancel any time from your billing portal or by emailing us; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Because coaching is a digital service delivered immediately, the current billing period is generally non-refundable once your plan and materials have been provided — except where the service falls short of reasonable care and skill, or where you are exercising a statutory cancellation right. We don't bill in arrears and we don't charge a cancellation fee.

One-off purchases (Nutrition Blueprint)

One-off digital products are personalised and delivered to you. Where you ask us to begin straight away, you acknowledge that your statutory 14-day cancellation right ends once delivery has started. If we haven't yet started, you may cancel for a full refund.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If a service isn't provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a remedy.

How to cancel or request a refund

Cancel any time from your billing portal, or email hello@liftrepublic.com— a cancellation takes effect from the date you ask, so if a renewal bills after a timely request we'll refund it. Clockwise Ltd (company no. 15143248) is the merchant of record; payments are processed by Stripe.
