14-day money-back guarantee
Every plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: Online Personal Trainer, Plan Only, Premium 1-to-1, Personal Trainer in London, Nutrition Coach and the one-off Personal Meal Plan. If you're not happy for any reason, email hello@liftrepublic.com within 14 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full, to the card you paid with. No questions, no forms, and any subscription is cancelled so you're never charged again.
Monthly plans after the first 14 days
Monthly plans are billed in advance and roll month to month with no minimum tie-in. You can cancel any time from your billing portal or by emailing us; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. After the 14-day guarantee, the current month isn't refunded once it has started, except where the service falls short of reasonable care and skill. We don't charge a cancellation fee.
Your legal right to cancel
As well as our guarantee, UK law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) gives you the right to cancel within 14 days of buying, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us clearly: email hello@liftrepublic.com, for example: “I cancel my contract for [plan] bought on [date]. Name, email.” You don't have to use any form. Because our guarantee refunds you in full within those 14 days, you never pay for coaching already given in that time. Refunds go back to the card you paid with within 14 days of your request.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If a service isn't provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a remedy.
How to cancel or request a refund
Cancel any time from your billing portal, or email hello@liftrepublic.com — a cancellation takes effect from the date you ask, so if a renewal bills after a timely request we'll refund it. Clockwise Ltd (company no. 15143248) is the merchant of record; payments are processed by Stripe.
