About the technology

Which apps and wearables does Lift Republic connect to?

We work with Garmin, Strava, Apple Health, Whoop, Oura and Hevy, among others. If you wear a device or log workouts in an app, we can almost certainly use it.

Do I need a wearable to be coached?

It's strongly recommended — it makes the coaching far more precise — but not mandatory. We'll advise on the best device for your goal if you don't have one yet.

Is my health data private?

Yes. Your data is used only to coach you, never sold, and we follow a privacy-first, GDPR-compliant approach. You can read exactly how on our privacy page.

Does the technology replace the coach?

No — it sharpens the coach. The data does the measuring; your human coach makes the decisions and keeps you accountable.
